01 / ACCOUNTS

Getting started with SSI DATA.

Basic information about registration, roles and accessing the platform.

SSI DATA is a data-work platform that connects businesses and task providers with contributors and independent reviewers.

Work submitted through the platform can move through quality control before becoming part of a structured and verifiable dataset.

SSI DATA supports contributor, reviewer and business/task-provider workflows.

Each role has its own responsibilities and relevant portal functionality.

Contributors and reviewers can begin through the main SSI DATA registration workflow.

Businesses and task providers use the dedicated business registration page.

Visit the How It Works page for the complete workflow from business project creation through task execution, review and verified datasets.

02 / CONTRIBUTORS

Working as a contributor.

Contributors complete real-world data tasks and submit their work through the contributor portal.

Available work is presented through the contributor workflow based on the tasks that are available and the contributor's eligibility.

The submission can enter the quality-control workflow where assigned reviewers evaluate the work against the task requirements.

Depending on the review decision, the submission may progress toward approval or require correction or another submission.

Yes. A reviewer decision can require correction or another attempt where the work does not meet the applicable requirements.

Contributor earnings are associated with completed platform work and the applicable payment workflow.

Wallet and transaction information can be viewed through the contributor's account where available.

03 / REVIEWERS

Independent quality review.

Reviewers help determine whether contributor submissions meet the requirements defined for a task.

Reviewers independently inspect contributor submissions and make quality-control decisions against the relevant task requirements.

Active approval decisions contribute to the quality-control progress for the submission.

Decisions that do not approve the submission do not represent an approval milestone.

Reviewer decisions can be editable during the permitted review period. Once the applicable final QC stage has been completed, editing may no longer be available.

Historical decisions remain part of the decision trail where the platform records them.

Private communication is available within the permitted participant relationships and is intended to support the relevant workflow.

04 / BUSINESS & TASK PROVIDERS

Running projects on SSI DATA.

Businesses and task providers use their dedicated portal to create projects, fund work, create tasks and monitor output.

A business registers through the dedicated business registration page and uses its business portal to create a project.

The project funding workflow is completed before the relevant project can proceed to task creation.

Project funding is subject to the applicable verification workflow.

A task can contain its requirements, duration, available budget, expected contributor capacity and reviewer requirements.

Submissions that successfully pass the applicable quality-control process can become part of the structured dataset associated with the project.

05 / PAYMENTS

Funding and wallet activity.

SSI DATA separates relevant payment activity by its purpose and associates financial activity with the applicable account, project or task.

Project funding establishes the available budget for the project and its associated task workflow.

The payment enters the relevant verification workflow. The project can proceed once the required funding has been verified.

Relevant wallet and transaction records can be associated with the applicable project, task and payment reference.

A rejected project payment returns the project to the applicable funding-pending workflow until the required funding is successfully verified.

06 / QUALITY CONTROL

How submissions are checked.

Quality control provides a structured review process between contributor submission and verified output.

Independent Review

Reviewers evaluate submissions against the task requirements.

QC Progress

Active approval decisions contribute to the QC progress for a submission.

Decision Trail

Review activity can be retained as part of the submission history and decision trail.

Verified Output

Approved work can progress into the structured dataset.

07 / PRIVATE MESSAGING

Communication stays relevant.

Private communication is designed around the participants involved in the relevant workflow rather than exposing a general user directory.

Messaging availability depends on the user's role and their relationship to the relevant workflow.

The platform does not expose a full user directory to ordinary contributors, reviewers or business providers.

Administrators have the appropriate visibility required to manage platform communication and operational workflows.

Where email notifications are enabled for the relevant workflow, participants can receive a notification directing them to their messages page.

Users can delete their own messages where that functionality is available. This does not necessarily remove the other participant's message history.
